Job Description:

Provide an unequalled on site maintenance & repair service to current & future customers. To audit prospective customer locations & produce proposals for the appropriate company service through-out each territory maintaining a professional company image to the customer

Possibility of work in other territories or overseas as & when required

To ensure work practices are in accordance with the Company’s ES&H Policies

Activities

·         Paid for service work on site

·         Strip Inspect Report of Equipment

·         Service contracts/Agreements

·         FGD Field Service

·         Commissioning

·         Customer complaints/Warranty

·         Produce technical reports

·         Develop existing & future opportunities in territory

·         Support Product managers & Area Sales Engineers

Person Specification:

·         Mechanical & Electrical understanding

·         Good interpersonal & Communication skills

·         Able to work and contribute within a team

·         Willingness to undergo further training as necessary

·         Self motivation and personal initiative

·         Previous service experience

Qualifications:

·         Recognised technical training school

·         Mechanical/Electrical background

Experience Skills:

• Min 5 years experience within the engineering industry
• Min 3 years experience maintenance within Sand & Gravel Plant or process industries
• Preferably knowledge of slurry , aggregate, power, chemical & process industries
• Driving license essential
