Recruiting fee of the All-Ukrainian Recruitment agency

Categories of  recruited staff:

·         KAM, RSM

·         middle and top level managers, heads of branches/represenative offices;

·         directors of production, chief engineers;

·         project managers, engineers, technologists, ecologist, safety engineers;

·         chief accountants,  financial specialists;

·         IT-specialists.


The fee in %% of annual gross remuneration of the hired candidate is:

     22(+/-2)% for top managers;

     20(+/-2)% for mid-level managers and unique specialists;

     18(+/-3)% for other positions.

The above mentioned fees do not include VAT. VAT is to be paid separately. The amount of VAT depends on conditions of payment and could be 0% or 20% of payment amount.

The final fee depends on many conditions such as guarantee period duration, amount of advance payment, quantity of the similar positions. But as a rule it is not less then 90% of the base value for top- and middle-positions.


We offer to discuss an option of personnel outsourcing. Agency hires candidate(-s) as formal employer; pays salary and all salary-related taxes; does all paper works such as labor agreements, time sheets, pay slips, accounting of business trips, annual leaves etc. Client does not pay recruitment one-off fee, but reimburses all salary-related expenses and outsourcing fee. In this option our outsourcing fee is 22% of gross salary. It covers all our expenses for recruitment, adv, business trips, assessments, bank fees etc.


Payment: The fee for the first candidates, as a rule, is to be paid in two parts. The advance payment, comprising 33% of the fee is paid upon the signing of the Contract and is not refundable. The second installment is due after the candidate reports to work.

The client pays for all charges connected to the organization of interviews. In the process of search, it may become necessary to change the requirements of the position. In the majority of these instances, this means additional work for the consultant. For this reason, agency reserves the right to correct the rate of commission and the terms of execution of the order in consultation with the client.

Also the options could be discussed in connection with the fee amount:

- search without advance payment but with consolation fee;

- postponed payment.


Terms of staff recruitment: from 3 to 7 weeks (according to the agreement depending on the degree of complicacy).


Guarantee and post-guarantee accompaniment:

·         One time replacement of the candidates, who did not pass the probation period determined;

·         Guarantee term for the one time replacement is from 3 to 9 months (according to the agreement depending on the category of recruited personnel).
