How the new tax code will influence the labor market of Ukraine for specialists of the financial sector?  From 01/01/2011 a new tax code functions in Ukraine. Our colleagues from the recruitment agency "Finance-Accounting” have investigated influence of the new code on the labor market of Ukraine for specialists of the financial sector. Below results of their investigation are presented.

In 2011 – 2012 the number of self-employed entrepreneurs will drastically shrink due to the new tax code adoption. At the same time the number of specialized accountant companies will be increased, and the currently-available accountant and audit companies will be merged and enlarged. High need in qualified and experienced accountants will be observed. Against this background certain moderate increase of salary (up to 10-15%) may be expected for this segment of personnel.
